Job Description

Job is 100 Percent out of state travel. Pay is $30 Per Hour Plus Overtime.  Task Force Rotation.  Must have Hotel Engineering Supervisor Experience.

100 Travel. We pay travel and 2 meals per day. 

Supervisor Hotel Engineer Essential Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Perform PM on Rooms 
  • Supervise and oversee the functionality and safety of the facility including but not limited to physical buildings mechanical equipment electrical systems heating and cooling systems life safety systems and grounds according to federal state and local regulations
  • Conduct facility inspections
  • Assign verify and document completion of all routine maintenance and repairs in the property maintenance management system
  • Maintain a Preventative Maintenance program for Guest Rooms Meeting Space Public Area and Equipment
  • Lead manage and communicate information about capital projects and property rehabilitations including but not limited to scheduling budgeting and complying with contractor bidding standards

Qualifications :

  • 2 Years As Chief Hotel Engineer or Hotel Engineering Manager
  • 2 Years as a Hotel Engineering Supervisor
  • Ability to travel 100 Percent 
  • 6 Week Travel Rotations
