What Were Looking For:
Peacock Viewing Product Design is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the evolution of our Content Discovery experience with expert understanding of UX strategy systems thinking and design excellence. Were looking for a designer who not only excels at solving complex problems and aligning design with product goals but who also has a passion for crafting seamless elegant and highly usable experiences that delight our viewers. The ideal candidate brings a mix of independent ownership attention to detail and crossfunctional influence along with a deep commitment to highquality design and shaping the future of our product and design culture.

Our Product Design team is shaping the future of content discovery through bold experimentation exploring generative AI nextgen mobile experiences and personalized interfaces that inspire deeper engagement. Were dedicated to revolutionizing how people find and connect with content crafting search and discovery experiences that put viewers first elevate exceptional design and foster brand love. Were not just improving how people browse were redefining what content discovery can and should be.
What Youll Do:
- Lead endtoend design for Content Discovery experiences from initial concepts to productionready solutions that are scalable intuitive and visually compelling.
- Design with purpose and clarity applying strong UX architecture and product thinking to solve complex problems and create usercentered businessaligned solutions.
- Deliver highquality productionready UX that meets platform standards accessibility guidelines and evolving design system practices.
- Communicate with influence crafting compelling narratives that inspire drive alignment and gain buyin across teams and leadership.
- Own projects with confidence managing timelines feedback loops and crossfunctional collaboration with independence and accountability.
- Translate insights into impact using research and data to guide decisions validate hypotheses and shape thoughtful experiences.
- Foster team excellence mentoring peers sharing expertise and contributing to a supportive inclusive and highperforming culture.
- Adapt and experiment quickly embracing change with creative problemsolving and iterative that balances speed and quality.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- 5 years of experience designing digital products across platforms (web mobile TV etc..
- Experience designing AIpowered experiences with a strong understanding of generative AI technologies use cases and emerging trends.
- Deep understanding of interaction design usability accessibility and usercentered design principles.
- Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools (e.g. Figma Miro Jira Framer etc..
- Ability to operate independently manage multiple projects and collaborate in a deadlinedriven fastpaced environment.
- Proven ability to lead design initiatives and guide others through the creative process.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders and crossfunctional partners.
- A portfolio showcasing engaging highquality work across platforms with a strong point of view.
- Deep knowledge of crossplatform usability standards and UI specifications.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Roku Fire TV Samsung Apple TV and X1.
- Experience designing for accessibility global audiences and adsupported experiences is a plus.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits including medical dental and vision insurance 401(k) paid leave tuition reimbursement and a variety of other discounts and perks.
