Job Description
Were seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join and consult for a leader in the Resorts & Gaming industry.
Position Summary
As a Senior Product Designer youll take the lead in shaping exceptional user experiences for our digital products. Your expertise in usercentric design will drive the creation of intuitive and visually appealing solutions. Your role involves close collaboration with crossfunctional teams to transform concepts into innovative design solutions that are integral to our digital transformation initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- UserCentered Design: Utilize usercentered design principles to address complex challenges while focusing on user needs.
- Research and Insights: Conduct and analyze both quantitative and qualitative research to gather insights presenting findings to stakeholders effectively.
- UI Design and Prototyping: Design compelling user interfaces consistent with established design standards and develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and design concepts.
- Agile Collaboration: Engage with the scrum team in an agile setting contributing to sprint planning reviews and daily standups to ensure designs are aligned with development processes and timelines

- User Satisfaction: Actively measure and enhance user satisfaction concerning the usability and functionality of our digital offerings.
- Professional Growth: Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance design skills and knowledge.
- Team Collaboration: Serve as a supportive team member providing mentorship and coaching to peers as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing diverse digital products and experience.
- Proven track record of working within a productoriented teambased environment utilizing modern digital delivery approaches like design thinking lean and agile
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to navigate complex design challenges while maintaining a usercentric focus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills fostering effective teamwork and crossfunctional cooperation to drive successful product outcomes.
