Job Description
We are looking for a highly energetic and curious individual to fill the Senior Manager Shops Tech Integration & Product Launch position in Singapore. If you want a place to gain handson experience and create a direct impact this may be the place for you!
Role Overview:
The Integration and Product Operations Associate plays a key role in supporting partner integrations and product launches. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless of integrations managing the lifecycle of product feature launches and contributing to process improvements. The position requires a balance of technical understanding operational and strong interpersonal skills to drive successful outcomes.
Whats on the menu for you:
Integration Support
- Coordinate the integration process for partners ensuring a smooth transition.
- Monitor the performance of integrations identifying issues and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Work with the Product team to suggest improvements based on partner feedback and integration challenges.
Product Launch Operations
- Collaborate with the Product team to prepare and execute vendorrelated feature launches.
- Track and resolve bugs and issues during product rollout.
- Maintain launch project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Gather feedback and analyze data postlaunch to support continuous feature enhancement.
Process Improvements
- Proactively identify gaps/pain points in current workflows through data analysis and develop actionable insights and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop templates playbooks and guidelines for integration and launch operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between partners Product and other internal teams ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Provide clear updates and reports on integration and launch progress.
Qualifications :
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or related fields.
- Strong data analytical and problemsolving skills to discover patterns and trends with a knack for report writing and presentation
- Familiarity with basic technical concepts (e.g. APIs SFTP)
- Knowledge and/or experience with SQL
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a fastpaced and often ambiguous environment
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)
