Job Description
What Youll Do
As a Employment Support Specialist (Job Coach) youll provide oneonone support to individuals with disabilities as they explore secure and succeed in competitive integrated employment. Youll be a mentor advocate and partner in helping others reach their goals through:
Meeting clients in their homes and community to build trust and connection
Conducting career assessments that focus on individual strengths skills and interests
Helping develop or revise resumes practice interviews and identify job leads
Supporting onboarding and training with new employers
Providing ongoing coaching to promote job retention and personal growth
Attending team meetings writing progress reports and maintaining clear communication
Creating positive lasting impactone job one goal one success at a time
This hybrid role includes inperson and remote work with up to two days per week working from home based on service needs. Mileage for workrelated travel is reimbursed.

Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements
2year degree or equivalent experience in human services mental health or disability support
Experience in teaching coaching or mentoring roles
Knowledge of job markets and the hiring process
High school diploma or GED
Strong comfort with technology
Valid drivers license reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
Preferred
Fluency in ASL Spanish Hmong Somali or Oromo
