The Role
- Greet and seat guests
- Take food and beverage orders and provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Serve guests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organised dining area including setting and clearing tables
- Provide guests with a memorable dining experience and build positive relationships with regular guests
Qualifications :
Ideally you will have
- Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
- Must have current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
