The Sales Coach Manager plays a critical role in driving the companys sales performance and overall success. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of sales strategies indepth product knowledge and mastery of effective coaching techniques. The incumbent will be responsible for the following key areas:
Mentor and develop team managers/leaders with a focus on enhancing their sales coaching proficiency.
