Contribute to the functional design of solutions by defining and analyzing system requirements.

                    Independently perform user and data analysis modelling and prototyping. Working in Agile mode.

                    Coordinate and lead meetings across multiple stakeholder groups ranging from Business Analysts Technical Specialists to endusers

                    Collaborate and form strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to improve the efficiency & value of requirements analysis

                    Provide the delivery team with functional support throughout the life of the project. Implementation and UAT support to business users and stakeholders

                    Contribute to the identification & of continuous improvement across our function

Experience in Requirement Gathering Gap analysis with exposure to multiple SDLC methodologies like waterfall agile and iterative development

                    Experience in the requirement management methodology or techniques (Elicitation traceability SMART approach Req Management Plan ..

                    Should have experience in writing user stories use cases creating Swim lane diagrams & flow charts

                    Strong command of tools like Excel PowerPoint Visio JIRA or similar tools etc.

                    Excellent technical writing/documentation skills

                    Expertise in workshop facilitation techniques particularly the fundamentals of codesign work

                    Good working knowledge of SQL (queries) APIs

                    Fundamental understanding of database design concepts

                    Good understanding of product configuration and debugging.

                    Understanding of tools like postman SOAP UI.

                    Able to test applications from UI as well from API tools and able to debug the issues from the functional perspective.

                    Experience in core banking domain Payments

Domain Knowledge:

                    Has knowledge of Core Banking domain.

                    Experience in Digital / IT transformation projects for financial institutions.

                    Experience working as a business/system analysis in microservice architectures web services & thirdparty integrations

Preferred:

                    Understanding of Microservice / API / Cloud technologies

                    Understanding of DevOps practices

                    Willingness to learn new skills

                    Experience in requirement gathering solution design and implementation of any Core Banking product (Flexcube Bancs or others)

                    Ability to understand and provide solutions for data migration and integration
