Our client is a leading FMCG company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Sales Strategy & Planning
Analyze sales data and market trends for assigned product categories to identify growth opportunities.
Establish and monitor overall sales and marketing objectives for the Company along with KPI indicators per channel and product category.
Develop business expansion plans sales strategies and detailed action plans for each channel and product category.
Lead and coordinate strategic planning guiding Sales and Trade Marketing teams to effectively implement sales initiatives.
Oversee sales data management reporting frameworks and business process optimization.
Financial Oversight & Sales Forecasting
Manage budgeting and expenditure control for all sales operations within assigned categories.
Supervise monthly sales forecasts implementing strategies to mitigate slowmoving inventory challenges.
Product Category Management
Collaborate with Marketing to develop growth strategies based on market insights consumer behavior and competitor analysis.
Analyze product performance across channels to identify trends opportunities and gaps.
Spearhead category plans including pricing models promotional campaigns assortment management and display optimization.
Align with the Consumer Marketing team for product launches relaunches and portfolio enhancements.
Channel Development & Market Strategy
Recommend and drive the expansion of sales channels collaborating with Marketing & Direct Sales to capitalize on market segments.
Refine distribution frameworks and sales channel structures across traditional modern hospital and online platforms (EC & C2C) to boost accessibility and profitability.
Design and implement RTM (Route To Market) strategies to ensure product availability visibility and presence at key selling points.
Collaborate with the Display Support & Direct Sales teams to align RTM models with business objectives.
Evaluate channel effectiveness through performance tracking and periodic assessments.
Implement measures to regulate pricing consistency across distribution channels as directed by upper management.
Project Management
Define project scope timelines expected outcomes and KPIs for sales projects on a semiannual basis.
Ensure project goals are aligned with broader business priorities through structured and regular evaluations.
Supervise project resources assess risk factors and establish contingency plans for budget and timeline adherence.
Bachelors degree in relevant disciplines such as Business Administration Economics or Investment Analysis.
At least 5 years of practical experience in FMCG preferably in Trade Marketing Sales Planning KAM or ASM positions.
Comprehensive understanding of distribution models trade marketing strategies and sales operations.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical proficiency.
Proven skills in strategic planning presentations and reporting.
Effective project management capabilities.
Strong leadership and independent work skills.
Expertlevel proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas and analytical functions).
Experience in VBA and Power BI is advantageous.
