Our client is a leading FMCG company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Recruit train and supervise PG staff to ensure sales targets product structure and display objectives are met.
Implement and oversee the deployment of POSM planograms activations advertisements and promotional programs for PG employees.
Build strong relationships with key retail stakeholders including supermarket managers category heads and section supervisors.
Assist in managing old and new inventory across retail systems monthly.
Strategize sales planning customer engagement frequency and merchandising approaches while addressing operational challenges within assigned areas.
Propose and evaluate strategies for shelf space expansion POSM placements promotional programs and performance assessments.
Perform other assigned tasks.
Willing to travel as required by the job.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher.
No experience required for candidates who are fresh graduates or have 1 2 years of work experience.
FMCG experience required for candidates with 3 years of experience.
Ideal for young professionals who are ambitious fast learners determined and capable of handling pressure while persistently working toward goals.
Excellent communication negotiation and persuasive skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Strong organizational time management and leadership abilities.
