Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Sales Executive for Touring / Audiovisual to play a key role in their technical sales team. This position is responsible for consulting with clients developing tailored AV solutions and managing the sales process from initial inquiry to final implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AV technology and sales with a deep understanding of live events rental services and technical solutions for Music Touring Events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical consultant for clients identifying their event and AV needs.
- Develop detailed AV proposals ensuring all aspects of equipment labor and logistics are accounted for.
- Communicate the terms of rental agreements labor costs insurance and deposit requirements.
- Conduct site visits to assess venue specifications and confirm logistical feasibility.
- Work closely with internal teams to confirm equipment availability and recommend suitable alternatives when needed.
- Oversee the fulfillment of AV packages ensuring proper equipment selection and shipment.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients addressing changes resolving issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate contract negotiations and ensure timely payment collection as per agreements.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- 35 years of experience in the AV industry including technical sales.
- Proven ability to develop and present technical AV proposals.
- Strong negotiation skills with a customercentric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50 for client meetings site visits and event coordination.
- Technical proficiency in AV equipment rental processes and logistics.

Advanced working knowledge of computers (Windows-based) and software. Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and embrace a team-centric environment. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents including product specifications, wiring diagrams, and architectural drawings. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive customer inquiries or complaints. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Valid driver s license with minimum 3-year clean driving record. Infocomm CTS certification (within 6 months of employment start) & CTS-I within 12 months Maintain and/or acquire OSHA 10 Hr construction within 3 months from employment start.
