Job Description
Senior AI Engineer
The Senior AI Engineer at Genzeon will lead the development of advanced AI solutions for healthcare applications. Youll design architecture AI solutions mentor junior team members and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver highimpact machine learning systems that transform clinical and operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement AI solutions that combine multiple models and tools to solve complex problems
- Lead technical planning and of AI projects
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Optimize models and AI agents for performance scalability and accuracy
- Develop innovative approaches to solve challenging problems
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Drive proofofconcept initiatives for strategic clients
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles
- Advanced proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks
- Strong experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain Crew AI LlamaIndex)
- Demonstrated ability to build and deploy agentic AI systems
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Superior communication skills for both technical and business audiences
- Healthcare industry knowledge preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NLP computer vision or predictive analytics
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Google Cloud Azure)
- Contributions to opensource projects or research publications
- Experience with AI ethics and responsible AI development
