Job Description

LOOKING FOR SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZENS WHO ARE BASED IN SOUTH AFRICA CANDIDATES

Position : Virtual Assistant & Remote Operations Coordinator
Working Schedule : 12pm8pm GMT 7
Salary Range :$1500$2000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills strong timemanagement abilities and a proactive approach to problemsolving. This role requires multitasking across various tasks ensuring efficiency and professionalism in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all remote workers and dayto day needs
  • Own task and project followup inside ClickUp (workspace hygiene reminders weekly status summary).
  • Draft SOPs meeting notes and checklists as we systemise each business unit.
  • Liaise with accountants suppliers and other remote staff to chase up outstanding items.
  • Book travel appointments and occasional personal errands (e.g. renewing visas paying local utilities).
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT Motion Notion AI etc. to speed up research firstdraft writing and scheduling.
  • Produce a concise daily recap of what was completed what s pending and blockers that need my attention.
  • Assist in customer service by responding to inquiries via email chat or phone.
  • Conduct research on various topics and compile relevant information.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of direct proven experience as a Virtual Assistant.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Advanced user of ClickUp and comfortable with Notion (Calendar Auto Scheduler)
  • Comfortable with online bookkeeping basics (e.g. matching receipts raising simple invoices) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
