Job Description
Position : Amazon Fulfillment Specialist
Working Schedule : 9am5pm EST
Salary Range : $1200$1600 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
About the Role:
We re seeking a highly organized and analytical Amazon Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible for managing FBA replenishment orders analyzing backend reports and maintaining healthy stock coverage with minimal supervision. You ll work closely with our internal suite of tools and ensure that our Amazon listings remain profitable and wellstocked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory across Amazon Seller Central ensuring stock levels are accurate and optimized.
- Coordinate product shipments to Amazon Fulfillment Centers preparing shipment plans and labeling as needed.
- Ensure all products meet Amazon s packaging labeling and shipment requirements.
- Track inbound shipments and resolve any issues related to receiving or inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor FBA performance metrics and address issues such as stranded inventory suppressed listings communicate to 3rd party management team and customer complaints communicate to our Customer Service.
- Communicate with suppliers manufacturers and logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory status fulfillment performance and shipment tracking.
- Conduct regular audits of Amazon listings to ensure compliance with Amazon policies and optimize product visibility. This is done by our 3rd party team. Expectation is monitoring and followup from candidate
- Collaborate with customer service and marketing teams to align fulfillment operations with sales and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience with Amazon FBA operations or a similar fulfillment role
- Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central ideally in FBA replenishment or operations
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and related tools. (Clickup)
- Strong understanding of Amazon FBA policies shipping requirements restocking and inventory management.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel Google Sheets) and inventory management software.
- Proficiency with data compilation reporting and interpreting backend metrics
- Familiarity with tools like ARM and SKUTS is a major plus
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced remote environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Selfstarter mindset with the ability to take full ownership of deliverables
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
