About the Role
In modern highgrowth organizations making sure that the gotomarket teams are as effective as possible is hugely impactful. This is one of the reasons why the Revenue Operations field has been growing so fast in the recent years.
As a RevOps Specialist at Zowie you will be instrumental in optimizing how our GTM teams operate. This role goes beyond systems management youll actively monitor how processes are followed identify gaps and propose improvements that make our operations more efficient and scalable. Youll also support Demand Generation campaigns on the operational side manage outreach tools and help our teams stay aligned and productive.

What youll do:
Collaborate closely with the GTM teams to maintain and improve processes and daily operations.
Administer and optimize the RevOps technology stack focusing on Demand Generation tools.
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in processes and propose improvements.
Monitor adherence to processes and data quality standards.
Provide daytoday support basic troubleshooting and training to endusers.
Design implement and maintain workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Conduct basic data analysis to evaluate process efficiency and campaign performance.
Ideally youll bring with you:
2 years of experience in Revenue Operations Sales Operations or a related role ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
Handson experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g. Apollo Lemlist Outreach SalesLoft Instantly or Smartlead) and CRMs (especially Salesforce or HubSpot).
Strong analytical mindset with a knack for spotting inefficiencies and suggesting datadriven process improvements.
Proven ability to manage and optimize DemandGen and RevOps tools.
Proactive and collaborative approach comfortable working crossfunctionally with other teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical processes and collaborate with nontechnical stakeholders.
Adaptable and organized capable of managing multiple projects in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
