Position Overview:
A wellestablished and respected hospital in Manhattan is seeking Anesthesiologists to join their growing and collaborative anesthesia team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for both new graduates and experienced candidates to practice in a diverse and fastpaced environment. The successful candidates will provide anesthesia care across a wide variety of surgical specialties and will be responsible for medically directing CRNAs and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide anesthesia care for a broad range of cases including vascular thoracic pediatrics neuro trauma general surgery and orthopedic surgeries. Must be proficient in OB anesthesia.
- 100 medical direction of CRNAs and anesthesia residents overseeing their clinical practice and providing educational mentorship.
- Participate in preoperative assessments anesthesia planning and intraoperative management of patients.
- Share in an equitable 1:7 off postcall rotation to maintain a healthy worklife balance.
- Collaborate with surgeons nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
- Actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives patient safety protocols and departmental development.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $500000 annually.

Qualifications:
- Education/Experience:
- Boardcertified or boardeligible Anesthesiologist.
- New graduates or experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Licensure: Must have applied for a New York State Medical License by the time of application.
- Skills:
- Strong clinical and leadership skills in anesthesia care across a broad spectrum of surgical specialties.
- Ability to effectively manage and direct CRNAs and residents in a teaching environment.
- A strong work ethic excellent communication skills and a commitment to working in a teamoriented setting.
