We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a robust agile background to coordinate project deliveries and provide crucial PMO support to our globally distributed engineering organization. In this role you will collaborate with leaders from engineering product management and other teams as needed. This opportunity allows you to shape and improve key PMO standards and processes while ensuring the successful completion of complex projects aligned with our strategic roadmap. We are looking for someone who can proactively identify and resolve issues with a strong focus on stakeholder satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Facilitate Agile Services:
Implement and uphold agile supportive PMO best practices for project success
Lead wellfacilitated meetings with clear agendas and timely followup on actions
Collaborate with engineering and product managers to execute a balanced roadmap
Training & Coaching:
Train and coach teams on PMO standards processes tools and methodologies
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization
Identify areas for optimization and drive initiatives for enhanced project delivery efficiency. Ensure PMO standards align with industry best practices.
Manage Complex Projects:
Lead organizationally complex projects within specified timelines and budgets
Work with crossfunctional teams to overcome challenges and achieve project milestones
Maintain KPIs & Reports:
Track key performance indicators for projects and development processes
Prepare holistic progress reports owning the specification and automation of metrics and reports
Iterate on processes and methodologies to improve velocity collaboration and visibility
Job requirements
What You Will Bring
Bachelors degree in business project management software engineering or related field
Several years experience in project management with a focus on complex and crossorganizational projects
Proven track record of successfully leading and facilitating projects to completion
Expertise in agile methodologies with experience in implementing process improvements
Proven handson experience in using JIRA and Confluence and GSuite
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisionmaking
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
Nice to have
Masters degree in IT Business Engineering or related field
Scripting and automation experience (JIRA Confluence Google Apps)
Certifications such as PRINCE2 PMP PMIACP or Scrum Master are a plus
Experience in the AdTech solutions landscape preferably within software development or digital advertising
