The role objective of the Cluster Marketing Manager is to lead the development and of brand strategies across multiple markets aligning with business goals and local needs while driving growth through strategic initiatives collaboration and optimisation of marketing activities
Duties and responsibilities:
Lead the creation and of brand strategies and marketing plans incorporating insights from market and consumer behaviour trends.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategies are aligned with overall business objectives and adapted to the specific needs of each market.
Oversee and monitor the of marketing strategies ensuring consistent application across markets while allowing for local adaptations as needed.
Coordinate with local trade marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective of marketing initiatives.
Work closely with marketing teams to ensure that the global marketing vision is translated into actionable plans at the local level.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication plans that are based on customer and consumer insights with a focus on achieving overall brand objectives.
Plan and manage digital marketing and social media strategies ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
Develop leadership capabilities by managing and guiding crossfunctional teams in the successful of brand strategies.
Conduct regular field visits to local teams to provide support and guidance and to assess local marketing needs and development opportunities.
Track and manage marketing budgets provided by external partners ensuring optimal use of resources.
Monitor the effectiveness of local marketing activities conducting evaluations to identify best practices for reapplication across different markets.
Provide guidance on portfolio management using datadriven insights and analysis to optimize product performance in local markets.
Identify opportunities for local marketing campaigns based on an understanding of the local business environment.
Support the forecasting and planning of marketing materials ensuring accurate alignment with market needs.
Lead knowledgesharing sessions with commercial teams to ensure successful marketing strategies are disseminated and applied across markets.
Required skills and qualifications:
Strong project management multitasking and decisionmaking skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or related field
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies
Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Experience in managing marketing campaigns and budgets
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field
Proficiency in marketing tools and software
Creative thinking and problemsolving skills
