Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
Leads teams in the delivery of Tech Support / Services across the full range of client interactions.
Fields critical related incidents requests and recurring requests received from the incident management system clients and Unisys team members / stakeholders.
Defines approaches and provides extensive business and/or technical expertise to attain objectives.
Initiates process improvements for both internal and client application.
Prepares approves and coordinates the implementation of technical documentation and ensures that all technical client and related documentation is correct and up to date.
Recommends develops and conducts training and orientation.
Ensures proper implementation of new solutions.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
High School Diploma or GED required
May require technical certification or Associate Degree
Generally 7 years experience in area of responsibility
