Job Description
CREW
Crew members are to strive to deliver a high quality experience on behalf of Auntie Annes Pretzels by prepping making and serving all of their products in an appropriate fashion while working together with other staff on other tasks.
- Responsible for prepping baking and serving pretzels as well as other products. Greets customers and takes orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner.
SHIFT LEADER
The Shift Leaders responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality service cleanliness and workplace safety within the Auntie Annes Pretzels.
- Responsible for prepping baking and serving pretzels as well as other products. Greets customers and takes orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner.
- Monitors breaks overtime and scheduling for employees. Assist with training new employees.

Job Duties:
The Assistant Manager shares responsibility with the Store Manager in performing all essential duties:
- Provides outstanding customer service in a fast paced fun environment
- Develops a working knowledge of menu items recipes prices and serving sizes
- Handles cash and credit card transactions effectively and accurately
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work area
- Maintains stock/inventory
- Recruiting and training new hires
- Working towards performance goals
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Supervisory experience in a retail restaurant or other fastpaced environment
- Valid drivers license
- Weekends are a must
