What youll do

Our Global Solutions Marketing team is responsible for crafting compelling narratives and assets that illustrate how Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) empowers customers in our core industries lines of business and international regions to transform their agreement processes and their businesses with our suite of tailored agreement management applications. As Product Marketing Manager Global Solutions you will be responsible for communicating the value of Docusigns products and solutions in our international markets with a primary focus on the German market. Youll be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our customers their challenges and how our portfolio of solutions can help them deliver better results. This is a highly crossfunctional role in which youll partner closely with our Product Marketing Growth Marketing Sales Product Management and Field Enablement teams to arm collaborators with compelling messaging that helps to generate and convert demand at various stages of the sales cycle.

Responsibility:

  • Develop messaging and assets that highlight the value of Docusign IAM applications and solutions internationally with a primary focus on Germany
  • Supervise and report on product performance pricing and packaging and key audience trends
  • Support the development and prioritization of the product roadmap and GTM strategy in Germany and the broader EMEA market
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing collaborators to generate demand convert opportunities and drive awareness by activating local solutions messaging and sales plays
  • Lead localization of priority content in EMEA
  • Partner with Product Marketing Country Marketing Solution Consulting and Sales to develop and localise content for first and thirdparty events
  • Develop localise and deliver sales enablement and sales resources to field teams
  • Support competitive intelligence initiatives to identify customer needs refine messaging and prioritize gotomarket opportunities
  • Develop and maintain feedback loops with key collaborators to ensure their needs are being met and content is performing with key customer audiences

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between inoffice and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly inoffice expectation)

Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a positions job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.

What you bring

Basic:

  • 4 years product marketing or equivalent GTM experience in the B2B SaaS space

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant sales experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience partnering with crossfunctional teams in Marketing Sales Product Management and Field Enablement in a B2B setting

  • Selfstarter who can drive crossfunctional initiatives with minimal mentorship

  • Proven track record to understand and distill sophisticated topics into simple compelling messaging that is understandable for nontechnical audiences

  • Native or bilingual fluency in German and English

Preferred:

  • Experience working in or marketing in Germany

  • Experience in one or more of the following categories: eSignature Contract Lifecycle Management ConfigurePriceQuite (CPQ) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or other business process automation tools

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience marketing or selling multiproduct solutions

  • Experience partnering with Product Management teams to support the development of longterm product roadmaps for software solutions

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.

Based on applicable legislation the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $X/hour $X/hour or $X $X base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $X/hour $X/hour or $X $X base salary

Washington New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $X/hour $X/hour or $X $X base salary

Washington DC: $X/hour $X/hour or $X $X base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of preestablished sales goals. NonSales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
