At Go Fish Digital were looking for a Senior Manager on our Paid Social team to lead highimpact campaigns across Meta TikTok Pinterest Snapchat Reddit X and beyond. Youll take charge of driving real revenue growth for our clients by crafting and executing lowerfunnel campaigns that convert then optimizing analyzing and scaling them like a pro.
This is a leadership role on a fastgrowing team within one of the most forwardthinking digital agencies out there. Youll work alongside sharp strategists creative thinkers and data nerds in a collaborative performancefirst environment where curiosity experimentation and bold ideas are rewarded.
What youll do
- Own and drive endtoend paid social strategies for a portfolio of eCommerce clients with a heavy focus on lowerfunnel performance (conversion ROAS CPA etc.
- Build manage and optimize campaigns across Meta TikTok Pinterest Snapchat Reddit and other social platforms
- Lead creative strategy for ads working crossfunctionally with clients internal design teams and content creators to deliver thumbstopping visuals and highconverting copy
- Develop multistep paid social funnels that align with each brands customer journey and lifecycle marketing goals
Monitor and adjust campaigns in real time based on performance trends with a constant eye toward scale and efficiency - Mentor junior Paid Social team members provide feedback and help standardize best practices across accounts
- Collaborate closely with Client Services SEO Digital PR and Paid Search teams to ensure fully integrated client strategies
- Stay ahead of platform trends betas and algorithm changes and bring those insights back to level up our internal playbooks
- Report clearly and compellingly on campaign performance test results and nextstep opportunities to clients and internal stakeholders
- Own strategic conversations and guide clients through the why behind your media decisions not just the what
What youll bring to the table
- 46 years of handson Paid Social experience with a focus on conversionbased campaigns for eCommerce clients
- Strong platform expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok; bonus if youve run campaigns on Snapchat Pinterest Reddit or X
- Proven ability to manage large media budgets scale ROASpositive campaigns and optimize across creative audience and placement variables
- Strong analytical skills comfortable using platform insights Google Analytics and thirdparty attribution tools to tell the performance story
- Leadership and mentorship mindset you enjoy helping others grow and can set a standard of excellence on a team
- Clear and confident communicator with clientfacing experience and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
