Please review the following job description:

Responsible for origination and ongoing management of a profitable loan deposit fee income and noninterest income portfolio from attorneys or physicians and small to midsized law firms or medical practices through the development and retention of long term profitable client relationships.

Typically manages a portfolio of medical physicans or attorneys with total loans and deposits of more than $45MM. Produces $3MM in revenue and more than 50 in Deposits OR $1.5MM and <$3MM in revenue and less than 50 in Deposits.

The Medical Specialty Group (MSG) provides financial advice and solutions exclusively to physicians and medical practices sharing experience and expertise in understanding the everchanging dynamics of healthcare and anticipating the issues and trends most important to the medical community.

The Legal Specialty Group (LSG) provides financial advice and solutions exclusively to attorneys and law firms sharing experience and expertise in understanding the everchanging dynamics of the legal profession and anticipating the issues and trends most important to the legal community.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Manage a profitable book of clients consisting of small to midsize law firms and attorneys or midsize medical practices and medical physicians consisting of deposits loans and assets under management. Typical book size $3MM$4.5MM in revenue with emphasis on family wealth relationships of tenured partners within Legal or Medical client firms.
2. Develop a business plan annually to include marketing and client acquisition plan in conjunction with a service delivery plan for clients and prospects.
3. Proactively originate new business via leads and referrals via Centers of Influence marketing efforts asking for personal introductions from clients and personal & professional networking in the areas of deposits loans and investments.
4. Act as face of private practice within Legal or Medical firm relationship teams for assigned firms or practices.
5. Identify and right channel opportunities for clients and prospectsdeliver the comprehensive resources of the bank.
6. Coordinate and lead the WRAP process for advice deliveryhold relationship strategy sessions as appropriate with the relationship teams and deliver Purpose Driven Wealth experience.
7. Document all client interactions via CRM system.
8. Establish consistent visibility within local legal or medical markets via event attendance.
9. Participate in campaigns or volunteer at committee level within nonprofits in local market.
10. Support Wealth Advisor teammates through collaborative relationship strategies and teamwork.
11. Develop process to mitigate risk within individual practice to include emphasis around the operational regulatory and reputational environments.
12. Foster continued personal and professional growth via education seminars conference attendance and other continuing education activities.





Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Bachelors Degree
2. 7 or more years of lending or relationship management experience in the financial services industry
3. FINRA: Maintains proper licenses including Series 7 Series 66 Life Health and Variable insurance licenses. Candidates will have 60 days from their Start Date to transfer or 100 days from their Start Date to acquire all of the registrations and licenses required for this position. Ensures that appropriate continuing education requirements are met where needed.
4. Demonstrates basic to solid investment knowledge and the ability to deliver basic Financial Planning via Financial Profiles Forecaster software.
5. Strong credit knowledge to personally deliver standard commercial credit and consumer credit to assigned clients
6. Possess very strong deposit and general banking acumen to deliver advice on banking products such as deposits credit cards mortgages etc.
7. Basic wealth management knowledge
8. Excellent and proven oral written and group presentations skills
9. Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment in this role including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS acceptable background check

Preferred Qualifications:
1. MBA
2. Word Excel and PowerPoint skills
3. More than 5 years of credit experience
4. Successful experience as a client advisor with proven results
