The role:
We are looking for a confident commercially minded individual to join our Sales Team and lead our supermarket business with Tesco Sainsburys and Asda as well as managing trade wholesalers and our business with independent bookshops.
We are looking for someone with a customer first approach who is a strong communicator and has a track record of building excellent relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the UK Sales Manager this role involves implementing strategic sales initiatives and identifying new opportunities with the biggest Supermarkets in the UK who are vital to our success. We want you to become an expert in this area maximizing turnover through skilled negotiation and bring a marketfocused perspective back to the business. Much of your success will come through being a great relationshipbuilder an agile decisionmaker and a proven team player.

Salary
Up to 36000 dependent on how your skills and experience align to the role plus bonus and benefits.
Hybrid working
While our offices across the UK are places to connect collaborate and celebrate with colleagues we recognise that flexibility around where you work is just as important. For this role we have a hybrid approach the expectation is that you will be working a minimum of two days a week from the office.
