As our next Process Specialist youll be at the forefront of providing technical skills required to meet departmental and company goals for safety production quality and cost. Your expertise in injection molding lean manufacturing and problemsolving will be crucial in driving our success and pushing the boundaries of whats possible.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Achieving departmental goals in safety quality delivery and cost.
- Providing daily communication with production staff regarding production and quality issues.
- Ensuring parts are produced to appropriate quality levels and implementing corrective actions for suspect products.
- Performing root cause analysis of production and quality problems and implementing permanent corrective actions.
- Performing daily duties with accuracy and in a timely manner including mold changes press startups quality checks and material movement.
- Accurately completing all production documentation and data entry in a timely manner.
- Following all 6S and safety standards and practices.
- Providing continuous improvement and cost savings ideas.
- Working with engineering to ensure robust processes and monitoring processes per standard work.
- Training employees.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
What Were Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and adapt.
- 23 years minimum experience in injection molding and plastics material knowledge.
- Formal problemsolving skills.
- Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Highlevel attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
