Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging professional to join our Customer Service Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company in a hybrid working environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role as Customer Contact Advisor ensuring the continued success and growth.

Responsibilities
- Servicing and administering existing customer insurance policies
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Liaising with brokers with regards to administration of policies
- Building and maintain rapport with customers
Qualifications
- Proven track record in customer service
- Strong communication
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a proactive approach to achieving targets
- Candidates must have access to their own vehicle.
