  • Lead product to overall success according to clearly defined objectives and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) as part of digital transformation.
  • Accountable for the success of both change and run aspects of the domain and for continuous prioritization between change and run to optimize business outcomes.
  • Continuously identify areas of opportunities for the squad and provide input into sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality work product (e.g. software analytics business intelligence data product) via faster/shorter iterative cycles.
  • Drive decisionmaking and remove impediments to squads progress by influencing key stakeholders engaging with other POs to manage interdependencies and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Working with Domain Leaders own Squad vision and set priorities to deliver impact to the customer as quickly as possible through ontime delivery of quality releases to market
  • Liaise with core product and ingestion teams inclusive of technology and operations leads to understand scope of project work and key dependencies to be delivered.
  • Successfully lead a crossfunctional team to deliver high quality and ontime functionality each release.
  • Define refine and prioritize user stories/epics/tasks daily including leading interactions with other units.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for integrated planning prioritization resource allocation and to shape the OKRs for the squad.
  • Manage dependencies and actively remove any blockers across squads within the domain or across subdomains.
  • Facilitate product demos and launches; advocating and communicating value to users and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operational stakeholders as well as other product owners and domain leads.
  • Manage the defect management process ensuring timely identification tracking and resolution of defects.


Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree required; specialization in computer science technology and/or UX preferred
  • 10 years of demonstrated experience in product development technology and/or marketing/product operations
  • Must have prior experience as a Product Owner BSA/BSL Product Program and/or Project Manager delivering digital solutions
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle required
  • Deep knowledge of and experience in Agile methodologies required
  • Experience with customer journeys and customer experience especially with reference to insurance is necessary
  • Prior experience leading and managing crossfunctional teams building partnerships at all levels to achieve objectives required
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels to define objectives remove impediments and provide updates ensuring optimized product/project/program delivery

The pay range for the role is $130000 to $190000. The specific offer will depend on an applicants skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package more details on which can be foundon our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
