Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Renewal Specialist to enhance resident engagement drive lease renewals and optimize retention rates. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills a customerfocused approach and the ability to analyze resident feedback to improve overall satisfaction.
***Please note this position is based in Tampa FL and hybrid schedule

Key Responsibilities:
- Lease Renewals: Prepare and send timely lease renewal offers to residents.
- Resident Engagement: Track and manage resident followups using a centralized dashboard to ensure timely communication.
- Negotiation: Conduct renewal negotiations within revenue guidelines while fostering positive resident relationships.
- Retention Strategies: Collaborate with onsite teams to address resident concerns and proactively develop solutions to improve retention.
- Extended Lease Timeline Management: Engage with residents throughout their lease term rather than limiting interactions to the traditional 90day renewal window.
- Resident Feedback Analysis: Monitor and assess resident survey responses to identify improvement areas and personalize interactions.
- Upselling & ValueAdded Services: Promote rentable items and community amenities to enhance the resident experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in property management leasing or customer service.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to enhance resident retention.
- Proficiency in property management software and CRM dashboards.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across onsite teams and corporate revenue management.
