Leasing Specialist Mechanicsburg PA
Compensation: $20/hour commission bonus opportunities
Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00 AM 5:30 PM; rotating Saturdays 10:00 AM 5:00 PM; occasional evenings required

What Youll Do:
Greet and assist prospective residents conduct tours and promote available apartments
Guide applicants through the leasing process including applications and documentation
Maintain marketing materials and help coordinate community outreach and events
Track and report leasing traffic; manage daily vacancy reports
Ensure apartments are clean and movein ready by performing minor cleaning as needed
Assist with planning and executing resident events and retention initiatives
Visit competitor properties quarterly to stay updated on market trends
Provide daily administrative and operational support to the property team
Communicate effectively with residents vendors and contractors
Maintain accurate filing systems and insurance records
What Were Looking For:
A positive professional demeanor and polished appearance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fastpaced environment
Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems (Entrata experience preferred)
Willingness to work weekends and occasional evenings as needed
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Previous leasing or sales experience strongly preferred
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in leasing sales marketing or customer service is a plus
