Responsibilities
- Supporting the crossfunctional development team in ensuring that Product Backlog Items (PBIs) have adequate detail to facilitate squads in estimating their work.
- Performing product backlog decomposition ensuring that all PBIs track towards achieving the stated objectives and key results.
- Defining and articulating User Personas to help the product development team understand the needs motivations goals behaviours and preferences of the target audience.
- In conjunction with technical experts in the areas of User Design Fraud Prevention and Technology Architecture assist in laying out constraints for nonfunctional considerations.
- Shape product objective and key results.
- Partnering with the development team to iteratively deliver valuable product functionality that accomplishes these objectives.
- Identifying stakeholders and engaging them where necessary in a timely fashion.
- Working with product owners to maintain product strategy and roadmaps based on market research.
- Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to extract actionable insights that are product specific.
- Working collaboratively with the research team within the Strategy group.
- Partnering with sales and marketing in the development of product information trends samples competitive information and promotional strategies.
- Confidently communicating detailed information in an impactful way to external and internal stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Interacs partners and customers and fostering open twoway communication as a trusted advisor and brand representative.
Show Us What Youve Got
It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:
- 25 years of experience in a similar role.
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business a related field or have relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated success leading product strategy & from concept to launch.
- A demonstration of the Agile mindset and strong experience in problemsolving within Agile environments.
- The ability to navigate through ambiguity and complex stakeholder management.
- Proven experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams including engineering design marketing governance and sales.
- The ability to partner with the technology team to drive releases and rollout enhanced features/products quickly.
- Strong alliance/partnership and relationship management skills.
- Advanced communication skills both written and oral to ensure plans product development and strategy are clearly communicated understood and effectively applied.
- Strong planning analytical and evaluation skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- A passion for delivering delightful customer solutions and a strong interest in emerging technology.
- Financial industry experience is considered an asset.
