Education and Qualifications required for this position
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Economics / Law / Business
Key Accountabilities
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to the SHE Cultural Framework policies Safety Essentials and Management System requirements and expectations;
- Develop and maintain an awareness of SHE hazards and associated risks and demonstrate a commitment to eliminate or minimise those risks;
- Understand and effectively undertake SHE accountabilities.
- Effectively managing the administration of all subcontract and supplier contracts
- Managing the financial administration for the project
- Managing the site office administration for the project
- Assisting the Project Manager in the preparation and review of the project monthly report including providing workings completed programme and cost data
- Developing and managing own work schedule to deliver required outputs to expected quality and within timeframes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant Company and Group policies and processes.
