Job summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Quality Administration Officer to support the quality management systems within our nonforprofit organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards conducting audits and implementing improvements to processes.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to analyze data and identify trends
Good communication skills
Knowledge of quality management systems is a plus
Cando attitude and ability to solve problem.
Desirable but not essential:
Experience with SharePoint and/or Document Management systems
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain documentation related to quality management systems
Identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures
Collaborate with team members to implement changes and improvements
Track and report on key performance indicators related to quality
Assist in the preparation for external audits and Bridge Quality Framework
Adhoc duties to support the People Culture & Quality team
Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration Quality Management)
2 years of experience in a similar role
Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
