We are currently seekinga motivated and energetic Summer Recruiter Intern to join our talent acquisition team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment human resources and employee development who is eager to gain handson experience in the hiring process and contribute to the growth of our company.
As a Recruiter Intern you will support the recruitment team in a variety of tasks including sourcing candidates reviewing resumes conducting interviews and assisting in the recruitment strategy. This internship offers an exciting chance to develop valuable recruitment skills while also gaining insight into the inner workings of a fastpaced professional environment.
What you will be doing
Assist in posting job openings on job boards social media and other platforms.
Help source candidates through online job boards LinkedIn networking events and other recruiting tools.
Screen resumes and applications identifying potential candidates for further review.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Support interview preparation and debrief sessions.
Assist in managing the candidate pipeline and tracking progress in the recruitment system.
Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates and provide feedback to the recruiting team.
Help with onboarding tasks for new hires including paperwork and orientation materials.
Collaborate with HR team members on recruitment strategies and best practices.
Assist with administrative tasks related to recruiting such as maintaining records and databases.
Who you are and what you bring
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Organizational Development or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment talent acquisition human resources and employee development.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Previous internship or experience in HR recruitment or learning & development is a plus but not .
