What Youll Do:
- Lead with Excellence: Oversee technician teams on job sites ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- HandsOn Expertise: Engage in a variety of restoration tasksfrom water extraction and fire/smoke cleaning to mold remediation and beyond.
- Customer First: Be the face of ServiceMaster TRS ensuring our clients feel supported and satisfied with our services.
- Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by renewing certifications and applying the latest restoration techniques.
- OnCall Hero: Be ready to respond to emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency making a real difference when it matters most.

Who Were Looking For:
- Proficient English skills You can read write and communicate clearly
- Ability to Pass our Background Check You can pass a drug test and criminal background check
- Valid drivers license Must meet our insurance requirements
- QuickBooks Time experience Or a willingness to learn it quickly
- IICRC Certified In Water Restoration (WRT) or Fire and Smoke (FSRT)
- Experience In restoration work cleaning or construction
- Dependability & flexibility: Able to work variable hours including afterhours emergencies
- Respirator fit test: Ability to pass on your first day and maintain eligibility throughout employment

Compensation: $20.00 $24.00 per hour
