Salary: 30878 per annum
Location: Hybrid 3 days in the office) Peterborough
6 months fixed term 35 hours per week Monday Friday between 8am and 6pm.

Whilst we endeavour to always provide the best service to ensure our customers feel safe and secure in their homes things dont always go to plan.
It can be a stressful time when things go wrong so strong communication skills empathy professionalism and resilience are key. Youll liaise with contractors and internal departments to thoroughly investigate complaints and gather evidence to provide clear detailed responses to our customers and seek their feedback to resolve their complaints within set timescales and enable continuous improvement of the service.

Salary
The spot salary for this post is 30272 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants who do not meet all the requirements of the post will start 5 or 10 below the spot salary.
About you
You will have extensive complaint handling experience in a regulated environment dealing with stage 1 and stage 2 complaints including the awareness of the regulations set out byan Ombudsman. Youll also have exceptional customer service skills with the ability to listen attentively empathise with customers and respond impartially. As we adhere to a regulated process with defined timescales for handling complaints youll be processoriented driven by a passion for problemsolving and ensuring issues are resolved within given timeframes. Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills are essential as youll collaborate with other departments to investigate circumstances and conduct thorough root cause analysis. Meticulous attention to detail accuracy and excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial as we strive to resolve complaints with a positive outcome.
Interviews
1st stage interviews will take place on 9th May via Teams.
2nd stage interviews will take place at our Peterborough office on 15th and 16th May. Successful candidates will then be asked to complete a customer service survey.
