Head of Operations Transformation The role:

The Head of Operations Transformation will lead the strategic transformation of Linklaters global Operations function. This critical role focuses on enhancing service quality efficiency and consistency across regions through optimised processes innovative service delivery models and smart use of technology.

You will be expected to:

  • Evaluate current operational models and implement globally aligned standardised approaches.
  • Establish frameworks and governance structures to manage global operations projects effectively.
  • Champion frontofhouse and employee experience initiatives setting global standards across all locations.
  • Develop and optimise operational tools and processes to ensure consistency and an improved user experience.
  • Define implement and track KPIs and success metrics to measure and improve operational performance.
  • Monitor progress report value delivered (e.g. cost savings efficiency gains) and adapt transformation strategies as needed.
  • Partner with senior leaders to align transformation objectives share best practices and ensure effective localised delivery.

Head of Operations Transformation What were looking for:

  • 10 years experience leading complex crossfunctional transformation initiatives in a global matrixed organisation.
  • Solid understanding of operational models service design and process optimisation across multiple regions.
  • Proven success in delivering impactful change in areas such as workplace operations facilities service delivery and employee and visitor experience.
  • Strong ability to align transformation strategies with business objectives and lead effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging senior stakeholders managing crossfunctional teams and driving largescale cultural and behavioural change.
  • Adept at implementing governance frameworks KPIs and tools to ensure accountability and track outcomes.
