Now were searching for a strategic powerhouse AKA a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to help lead us into our next phase of growth. This is your chance to join a highperforming leadership team and help shape the strategy culture and future of a valuesdriven Electrical Contractor.
What Youll Own:
- Fostering a culture rooted in Lighthouse Valuesone thats bold valuesbased and futurefocused.
- Setting Purposeful Strategic Initiatives toelevate operations people and performance.
- Aligning financial governance resource planning and reporting with longterm growth goals.
- Scoping external conditions e.g. industry trends and advances in technology.
- Systematizing Financial Governance Reporting and Management Processes.
- Allocating Resources Such as Capital Budgets and Talent over time horizons.
- Monitoring Diagnosing and Resolving Performance Shortfalls using Scorecards.
- Setting 35 Strategic Transformation Priorities over a multiyear Roadmap
What You Bring:
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and strategic transformation with a minimum of 15 years or more as a people leader.
- A leadership style rooted in authenticityadaptable collaborative and inspiring.
- CPA and/or MBA with deep expertise in financial management reporting and governance.
- Proven experience in largescale projectbased service environments. Preferably in the Electrical or Construction industries.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage capital budgets and talent across time horizons.
- Expertise in financial forecasting cash flow management and risk analysis.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Experience optimizing ERP systems and leveraging financial technology.
- Bonus points for Agile training or a background in project management.
