Hiring Supervisor: Caitlyn Squires Assistant Manager
Pay Rate: $15.50/hour
Time Expectations:
- Minimum of 6 hours per week required.
- Must be available on Saturdays.
- Shifts available between 9am8pm (MondayFriday) and 10am8pm (Saturday).
- Shifts typically last 24 hours.

Work Requirements:
- Provide professional and friendly customer service.
- Work independently while contributing to team objectives.
- Stay motivated and engaged during both busy and slower periods.
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.
Tasks Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and offer expert product knowledge and recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately including cash credit/debit cards and other payment methods.
- Restock shelves coolers and displays to ensure product availability.
- Manage inventory rotation and remove expired items in line with store standards.
- Assist with inventory tracking and report lowstock or outofstock items to management.
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming store environment.
- Professionally answer phone calls address customer inquiries or redirect to appropriate staff.
- Collaborate with coworkers and management to support smooth store operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Must be a currently enrolled fulltime student at Ithaca College.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to remain focused and productive with minimal supervision.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and register operation.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Dependable selfmotivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
