You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for our Automotive clients you will manage Selfbilling activities including EDI and manual selfbilling connections to ensure that are processed on time in consistent way and troubleshoot possible issues with Customers.
You will be the key link between the Customer PPG Customer Service Team Credit organization and SBU Finance.
You will manage all related elements to selfbilling processes including technical errors and issue resolution.
In addition to main duties you will also support Customer Master Data Cash Application team Credit management audits and other administrative/supporting activities as required.
