Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant API Developer
We are looking for a skilled API Developer to design develop and maintain robust and scalable APIs that power our applications and services. You will work closely with frontend developers mobile developers and product teams to deliver highperformance APIs that ensure a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
Design and develop RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
Write clean scalable and welldocumented code.
Integrate thirdparty APIs and manage API authentication and authorization (OAuth JWT etc..
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize APIs for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure security and data protection in API design and implementation.
Write and maintain automated tests for APIs.
Monitor debug and improve API performance and reliability.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
MCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong programming skills in / Python / Java / Go / .NET choose as needed.
Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
Experience with API documentation tools (e.g. Swagger/OpenAPI Postman).
Familiarity with API gateways caching and rate limiting strategies.
Understanding of authentication/authorization protocols like OAuth2 JWT etc.
Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
Knowledge of cloud services (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) is a plus.
Strong debugging and problemsolving skills.
