Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts including handling renewals endorsements and providing comprehensive risk assessments.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate effectively with insurance carriers to obtain quotes bind coverage and negotiate terms on behalf of clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and product offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to support business development initiatives and identify crossselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business finance or related field.
- Licensed in personal lines insurance.
- 3 years of experience in personal lines account management.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Detailoriented organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in industryspecific software and Microsoft Office suite.
Daytoday
- Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of insurance services.
- Stay informed about changes in insurance regulations and market trends.
- Utilize technology and data to streamline processes and enhance client service.
- Attend client meetings and industry events to further relationships and industry knowledge
