What Youll Do
- Oversee and manage all Yardi software support tickets related to commercial real estate operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize system processes and workflows to meet the specific needs of our teams.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on effective usage of the Yardi software within a commercial real estate context.
- Develop and update system documentation and user guides tailored for commercial property management and Yardi support processes.
- Monitor and improve system performance with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and support ticket resolution.
- Coordinate software upgrades and updates to ensure operational continuity and minimal disruption to support services.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the Yardi system specifically for commercial lease information and operational support interactions.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and new features within the Yardi platform relevant to commercial real estate operations.

Who You Are
- Indepth knowledge of the Yardi Commercial product suite is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to manage multiple work streams and portfolios simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies with the capability to coach and mentor others.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an aptitude for engaging effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong conflict management communication and collaboration abilities.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills to ensure transparency and alignment.
- At least 3 years of experience in help desk or customer service support roles.
- Proficiency in SQL report writing and data analysis.
- Solid troubleshooting skills with a thorough understanding of webbased applications and IT systems.
- Familiarity with property management software (Yardi) or previous experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus.
- Previous experience in project management and technical support.
