Amazon Robotics (AR) seeks a talented and motivated Sr. Supply Chain Systems Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Robotics Supply Chain (RSC) team. The TPM will lead the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for RSC. The TPM will support the launch of new modules and system enhancements to meet the organizations growth plan with a higher degree of process automation. The TPM will collaborate with internal customers RSC functional teams business applications product management application and software engineering and infrastructure teams while navigating a fastpaced project environment. The TPM will own the planning and for all supply chain system launch deliverables across RSC. The TPM will be the singlethreaded leader for RSC ERP systems developing technical solutions that scale to growth and solve challenges. The TPM will own the technical planning and project in partnership with the AR system technology team for all launch deliverables across RSC.
The TPM must possess the ability to build strong relationships with customers and operate in a dynamic fastpaced environment. This is a largescope highvisibility role that requires a strong executive presence. The TPM will require a solid understanding of supply chain processes ERP technical system capabilities and associated business utilization (currently utilizing Oracle EBS) and interconnectivity to upstream and downstream applications (e.g. Agile PLM). The Sr. TPM role for Supply Chain Systems will own all aspects of the ERP system including data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supply chain be a domain expert able to dive deep into the supply systems and have a strong understanding of supply chain processes.
Key job responsibilities
Lead RSC technical/ system initiatives and maintain ontime delivery to programs success criteria. Understands system limitations scaling factors boundary conditions and/or the reasons for architectural decisions.
Utilize strong technical judgement to inform stakeholders of technology and business tradeoffs. Has technical judgment; uses it to inform technology and business tradeoffs.
Partner with both IT RSC internal customers to understand current and future system limitations with respect to scaling ERP systems capability. Knows how to decouple dependencies (e.g. SOA best practices) prevents duplicate efforts and collisions/outages
Prepare and facilitate business requirements documents to ensure RSC customer needs are met through system enhancement.
Partner with RSC stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions that integrate across applications systems and platforms to achieve business objectives. Knows how to make sure engineering teams are focused on the right solutions for the customer and organization. Understands the consequences of shortterm solutions and impact on longterm architecture
Lead large scale ERP systems implementation projects to support supply chain business processes including the associated database management. Capable of holding a technical team to a high standard for both solutions and technical practices.
Able to simplify concurrent project delivery including development and testing processes for projects that cross team boundaries.
Develop and manage business process mapping process gap identification and gap reconciliation.

The RSC Program Management for Robotics Supply Chain works across the Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics (FTR) department to enable manufacturing scalability and adaptability to best serve the Amazon Deployment Network. Through strategic thought leadership we evaluate supply constraints across the product portfolio to deliver solutions that optimize resource allocation and maximize customer responsiveness. 5 years of technical product or program management experience
7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
3 years of software development experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience managing SAP ERP implementation program building supply chain processes and coordinating release schedules
5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
Masters degree.
PMP Certification is a plus.
APICS Certification is a plus.
Experience with PLM systems preferred especially Oracle Agile.
Experience with MES systems preferred especially Proplanner.
3 years technical team leadership.
Multidisciplinary background including IT configuration and business requirement development.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
