Plan negotiations define awarding strategy and prepare sourcing board approvals respecting the suppliers defined by the commodity strategy to enable pooling potential.
Negotiate local regional or multisite contracts in conjunction with relevant procurement managers or independently. This includes negotiating prices delivery schedules and payment terms among other specifics.
Manage the relationship with assigned suppliers (in alignment with CM/GCM when applicable).
Generates documents and implement savings measures; monitor and reports relevant KPIs.
Identify procurement risks and opportunities and implement respective measures.
Implement Commodity Strategies and define local/regional material field strategy for nonpooled commodities and Portfolios/PCCs Strategies.
Job Requirement
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
10 years of experience in strategic sourcing/commodity management.
Must be Fluent in English.
Experience working in a complex global organizational environment with a strong understanding of component manufacturing processes and quality (or Direct Procurement).
Outstanding Excel skills coupled with excellent commercial contractual and project management competence.
Strong communication presentation and customer management skills with experience working in a matrix environment and managing global supplier relationships.
