We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join our growing Buildings team where you will join a talented team of passionate engineers and drafters working on a broad range of projects and sectors including Health Institutional Entertainment and the Arts Sports and Recreation Seniors Living and Aged Care.
Inertia is a locally owned and operated engineering consultancy specialising in delivering structural civil and water engineering solutions for clients within the built environment. Requirements
A minimum qualification of Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution
Minimum 3 years experience in the design of building structures
Strong technical skills from first principles to using software (i.e. Spacegass Induct Rapt)
Excellent communication skills
Experience working to Australian design codes
Demonstrated ability to work to timeframes and project schedules
Timber design with local experience and the ability to manage projects independently will be highly regarded
