Join the CentraCare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse at CentraCare Pediatric Clinic located at the Plaza

The Pediatrics Clinic provides comprehensive care for children and teens. The clinic consists of Same Day which is an acute walkin clinic and a regular clinic that sees well child exams mental health and other brief office visits. The clinic team includes 20 providers and 25 clinical staff. Many of the LPNs work oneonone with providers while others are work on a team which supports a variety different providers and tasks. In this role you will provide patient rooming for all types of clinic visits communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers and assist in assuring the daytoday activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently.

Schedule:

• Fulltime 64 hours every 2 weeks with the same day off each week.
• OR
• Fulltime 72 hours every 2 weeks with one day off each pay period.
• MondayFriday shiftsbetween7:45am and5:15pm and every 6th Saturday 7:45am to 12:15pm
• No evenings or holidays!

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay range $21.85 to $32.76 per hour depending on years of experience.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy
• Ability to understand patients medical records physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff

Hiring bonus requirements: Must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away and relocate within 30 miles of your primary work location within 120 days.
