As a Community Services Supervisor you will lead the daytoday operations of the Crossroads Community Center guiding a dedicated team while fostering a welcoming dynamic environment for all ages and backgrounds. This includes planning and evaluating culturally responsive programs supervising staff managing facility logistics and maintaining strong partnerships with local organizations schools and residents. Youll bring a creative approach to programming and ensure quality service delivery that reflects the diverse and evolving needs of the Crossroads community.
