What we are looking for
We are looking for a Head of Data to join our Product & Tech team and lead our growing data function. In this strategic role you will be responsible for defining and executing our data strategy aligning data capabilities with business goals and ensuring our data infrastructure scales as we grow globally. Youll lead a multidisciplinary team of data engineers scientists and analysts and act as the bridge between business and technical stakeholders.
Main responsibilities
Build and lead a highperforming data organization covering Data Engineering Analytics and Data Science.
Define and implement the data strategy roadmap and priorities in collaboration with leadership.
Drive data initiatives that generate business value including reporting AI use cases and automation.
Own the data platform architecture and ensure it scales effectively and securely.
Standardize and enforce best practices in data modeling governance documentation and quality control.
Partner with crossfunctional teams (Product Ops Finance Commercial) to enable datainformed decisions.
Represent the data function at the executive level providing input on strategic decisions.
Manage data budget vendor relationships and the selection of relevant tools/technologies.
What are we looking for
Proven experience 5 years) in leading data teams in fastpaced datadriven environments.
Strong background in data infrastructure analytics and/or machine learning.
Handson experience with modern data stacks (e.g. dbt Snowflake Airflow cloud platforms).
Excellent leadership skills and a track record of building and scaling technical teams.
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities at executive level.
Familiarity with governance frameworks and data privacy standards (GDPR HIPAA etc..
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
