Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Manage and optimize established Enterprise Architecture governance processes
2. Collaborate with Lines of Defense to maintain governance controls documentation and issue resolution.
3. Develop technical and nontechnical documentation to support EA endeavors
4. Create and maintain reports as required by leadership
5. Collaborate with peer groups in Technology and LOBs to identify document and communicate business needs and provide technology solutions.
6. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with business process owners and other stakeholders to develop acceptance criteria and a plan to facilitate user acceptance testing of a solution that meets the business requirements.
7. Prepare user interface diagrams business process and workflow diagrams in support of small work requests (enhancements) or largescale initiatives.
8. Understand the longterm business objectives and suggest strategies to meet those objectives and introduce technical innovations as needed.
9. Improve and optimize service delivery utilizing structured problemsolving methodology.
10. Attend business unit management meetings as needed and facilitate routine meetings with business stakeholders to provide updates on inflight initiatives.
11. Become deeply immersed and knowledgeable about core business functions processes and workflows associated with assigned business areas and projects.
12. Serve as Subjectmatter expert (SME) who can easily analyze the business applications and technologies.
13. Ensure strict adherence to all Technology and Truist policies and standards (e.g. Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Change Management).
QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or ten years of information technology experience with significant experience in software development
2. Eight years of experience as a business analyst or related role/experience with experience in one or more of the following areas: Project Management Business Process Management Relationship Management Business Operations Quality Management
3. Ability to work independently and autonomously as needed to drive desired outcomes
4. Experience with traditional Waterfall SDLC and/or Agile/Lean methodologies
5. Extensive experience planning facilitating eliciting documenting and managing business functional and technical requirements
6. Ability to interact with management business staff and Technology professionals in order to gather compile and exchange information on work requests/project requirements
7. Strong meeting facilitation presentation verbal and written skills and ability to resolve conflicts
8. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects activities and tasks under time constraints
9. Ability to effectively interface with staff at all levels
10. Exceptional communication teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuousimprovement environment
11. Excellent facilitation and organizational skills
12. Strong critical and analytical thinking and problemsolving skills
13. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
14. Understand core systems applications and technical platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. IT Governance experience including successful closure of audit findings and proficiency with associated repositories (Archer/PPM)
2. Excellent storytelling skills ability to effectively communicate complex issues to a variety of audiences.
3. Mastery of Excel for complex reporting requirements
4. Strong written communication skills including extensive experience with technical writing
5. Ability to professionally organize and moderate executive meeting forums
6. Knowledge of IT Architecture concepts and best practices
7. Masters degree in business administration or related IT field.
8. Project Management Institute (PMI) or International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification or Lean Six Sigma experience/certification
9. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Visio
