Director (m/w/d) Project & Development Services Real Estate
Ihre Aufgaben
- Steuern von Neubau und Umbauprojekten der Nutzungsklassen Bro Hotel Wohnen und/oder Industrie
- Begleiten und Mitgestalten von Projekten ab der Initiierungsphase
- bernahme der Projektleitung / Leiten der Projektphasen (Planung Vergabe Ausfhrung und bergabe) als Projektsteuerer und Bauherrenvertreter
- Nachverfolgen von Kosten und Terminzielen Sicherstellen der erforderlichen Qualitten
- Eigenstndiges Durchfhren der technischen Due Diligence im Rahmen einer Immobilientransaktion
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Architekt (m/w/d) oder Bauingenieur (m/w/d)
- Mind. 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bau und Projektmanagement und/oder der Projektentwicklung
- Gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Bereich Baurechtsschaffung (BauGB / Planungsrecht)
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Organisation Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Bauprojekten der Nutzungsklassen Bro Hotel und/oder Industrie
- Gute Kenntnisse in den bestehenden Verordnungen (HOAI VOB) und Normen (DIN) sowie dem Stand der Technik
- Erfahrung im Einsatz von Software zur Kosten und Terminsteuerung wie beispielsweise MS Project
- Sehr gute Microsoft OfficeKenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Interesse am eigenstndigen Aufbau von Kundenbindungen
- Ausgeprgte Team und Kommunikationsfhigkeit
